The Queensland Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s Network (QRRRWN) celebrates rural and regional resilience during Ekka Week with their annual signature event, the City meets Country High Tea. Each year the event is held on afternoon of the first Friday of the Ekka.

Connecting our members is central to QRRRWN’s mission. A key way we try to do this is through hosting and collaboration on events where people meet online & face-to-face.
Hosting a Local Event
If you are interested in hosting a local event, please get in touch with Samantha Meurant at email@example.com. We have the ability to support some of the marketing, social media and collaboration required. A best approach is to collaborate locally and work together and seek to include QRRRWN in activities you know of locally.
Getting Involved in Events
Other ways to support QRRRWN events is to become involved in those already on our program. If you would like to join our volunteering program or are interested in specific events, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
